Unicorn Remote Assistance allows us with your permission to
connect to your computer and repair it remotely.
Under instruction
from Unicorn IT technical staff you will download and run (you do not need to install it) a small peice of software on your
computer. This will produce a unique ID number that you will read out to us and we will be able to access your computer.
No need to wory this data is highly encrypted for your protection and you can see what we are doing on your computer
at all times.
when the problem has been repaired we simply end the session and you have sole
control of your computer again.
